For PcGive Professional 9.1 software

License Information: The College of Social Sciences maintains a "site license PLUS" agreement with Timberlake Consultants Ltd. for PcGive Professional 10.1 software. This site license provides the College unlimited use of the software as well as the authority to duplicate and distribute copies of the software to students at no additional cost.

General conditions of our software license:
Although this software is made available to students at not additional cost, it is not freeware. The software is owned by the Authors (Timberlake Consultants Ltd.) and is protected by Copyright laws. There are specific conditions governing the duplication and distribution of the software:

• Only the College may duplicate and distribute this software.
• Every copy of PcGive Professional distributed to students must be registered with Timberlake Consultants Ltd.
• The software license issued to students is not transferable.
• Students must read and agree to the software license agreement prior to using the software.
• If a software license is issued to you, it is good for the duration of our contract with the vendor or your leaving the University of Hawaii system (e.g., graduation, transfer, termination,etc.), whichever comes first. All copies of the software must be destroyed upon termination of the contract or upon your leaving the UH system

Software Distribution: Students may request an account from the College to download PcGive software from this web site. Students must have a valid UH Email account to apply. All submissions to this site will be logged for software license administartion purposes. Your entry and submission of data is an implied agreement to allow logging of your information and your acceptance to abide by the above stated conditions of our software license.
